The High Accuracy Check Weigher with Pusher Rejector is designed for the accurate weighing of bulk materials and features a pusher rejector for separating product from the conveyor belt. The weigh hopper is constructed of stainless steel, and the entire unit is mounted on a heavy-duty base which provides stability while in operation.
The product to be weighed can be fed into the weighing hopper by gravity or by an optional conveyor system that moves material at a rate of up to 60 feet per minute (fps). The unit includes an overflow hopper to collect excess material, which can be emptied manually or automatically through an air-operated valve.
The High Accuracy Check Weigher with Pusher Rejector weighs up to 125,000 pounds per hour and has built-in scales for weighing individual pieces of product that fall out of line during the weighing process. These scales are connected to a display screen that shows weight and count information for each piece so operators can easily identify rejects before they are processed further downstream in production lines or products shipped offsite for distribution elsewhere across North America or globally via freight carriers such as UPS Ground Transportation Services or FedEx Ground Delivery Services
